Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Invo Wealth Platform, operated by Invo Wealth LLP. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & account registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account
• We may require identity verification (KYC) before you can use certain features

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information, including in any document you upload
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms
• Independently verify important financial figures before relying on them for a decision
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

CAS upload, document processing & portfolio aggregation

You may upload your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) or other documents so we can extract your holdings and display them on the Platform. Portfolio values, returns, scores and analytics shown on the Platform are computed from this uploaded data and from third-party data sources, and may not always reflect real-time market values.

Investment transactions

Where the Platform lets you initiate a mutual fund transaction, that transaction is executed through the applicable mutual fund infrastructure (see Mutual Fund Disclosure). Transactions can fail, be delayed or be rejected for reasons outside our control, including market conditions, bank processing times, and third-party system availability. We are not liable for losses caused by such delays or failures except where required by law.

Market & service-availability risk

Investments made through or tracked on the Platform are subject to market risk. The Platform depends on third-party data providers and infrastructure, and may occasionally be unavailable or show delayed information. See the Investment Risk Disclosure for detail.

Prohibited activities

• Uploading documents that are not yours or that you are not authorised to submit
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful activity
• Circumventing rate limits, security controls or access restrictions

Intellectual property

All content, design, trademarks and software on the Platform belong to Invo Wealth LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our written permission.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time — see Account Closure & Data Deletion.

Limitation of liability & indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invo Wealth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from market movements, third-party data errors, or transaction delays. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

Dispute resolution & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through the Grievance Redressal process; unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sector 34B, Chandigarh, Punjab, India.

Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require fresh acceptance before you can continue using the Platform.
