This Privacy Policy explains how Invo Wealth LLP ("Invo Wealth", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Invo Wealth website and application (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here, subject to the consents you separately give (see the User Consent Policy).
Invo Wealth is a technology and portfolio-aggregation platform. It does not hold your money or securities — see the Financial Services Disclaimer for what the Platform does and does not do.
Why we collect this information
- To create and maintain your account
- To verify your identity and complete KYC where required
- To process the CAS documents you upload and derive your mutual fund holdings from them
- To aggregate and display your portfolio across mutual funds, equity, fixed deposits and insurance that you have added
- To let you record and track investment transactions and goals
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents
- To provide customer support
- To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations
- To maintain and improve the Platform's reliability and features
We do not use your financial data for purposes unrelated to operating and improving the Platform, such as selling it to unrelated third parties.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the categories of recipients below, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose:
- Identity/KYC verification providers — Digio (DUMMY — integration stubbed, not live)
- Mutual fund transaction infrastructure — orders you place are routed through BSE StAR MF; see the Mutual Fund Disclosure page for how this works today (DUMMY-BSE-STARMF-MEMBER-0000)
- Document-processing tooling used to extract data from CAS statements you upload
- Cloud infrastructure and storage providers who host the Platform and your documents (Cloud infrastructure hosted in India (Mumbai/ap-south-1 region))
- Customer-support tooling, where needed to respond to a request you raise
- Regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities, where legally required
Payment provider: DUMMY-PAYMENT-PROVIDER (none integrated). Analytics provider: DUMMY-ANALYTICS-PROVIDER (none integrated). We do not claim an integration that does not exist in the Platform today — this list will be updated if either is added.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian data-protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, once its rules are in force), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legally required retention (see Data Retention & Deletion Policy)
- Withdraw consent for a specific processing purpose, where processing is based on consent
- Raise a grievance about how your information is handled (see Grievance Redressal Policy)
- Ask us what categories of information are being processed and why
- Request closure of your account (see Account Closure & Data Deletion)

How we protect your information
We apply technical and organisational safeguards described in our Security Policy, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to also protect your own account credentials.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the updated version before you continue using the Platform (see User Consent Policy).
